Everytime when doing proj with this proj grp, she would voice out her opinion, giving as much as info and suggestion. But she started feeling the difficulty in communicating with them as time pass by because the group didn't let her participate in their discussion. They only discuss among themselves and get things started.
Well, my friend really did her part and did what is being told and even help edit others and finished it earlier than the given time and send to them. The grp is the Gan Chiong (anxious) type la. Everything kiasu and kiasi la, from what i heard la. Then everytime they would react so like being chased by train. lol.
On the day of presentation, they have to hand up the evaluation. My friend wanted to mark down this particular person in the grp cos she thinks that she didn't do much and the thing she pass up also like craps and so out of point and she even say she help alot but actually none. But she feels bad to do it, conscience strike her, so stupidly she mark her up. Then someone in thr grp came and told my fren that the grp actually mark her down that time. WTH...
I had this type of friends too few yrs back, someone who do things their own way and din bother to tell u then trying to make it as if your fault. So mad. My fren still regard them as fren la.WTH...
There is one time in my 1st or 2nd yr i have to work with 2 or 3online student and yy, all guys and i am the only gal. i still remember vividly lo. The online students really do nothing. But cannot blame them, their schedule difficult to fit ours. So i ask yy to do his part and i ended up doing my and and all the other 2 person part cos they hand me only few sentences. I work on my own that time, but upon pesentation, i divide the part that i did to them and write in the work allocation. In the end we get A for the proj. YY still remember?? we did it. lol
What i want to say is not how noble i am but i just feel that u get nothing by making life difficult for others as well. And perhaps that will only indicate u can only work among ur 'GRP' and not with other. Then GBU when u are entering workforce.
Well, u can't guarantee u will not be treated the same way by other ppl. It's not that you are a bad person, but at least understand different ppl have different way of doing things, thinking and many other aspect. Pls la, just be more understanding.
